About Me

Born and raised in the great state of Texas, I grew up around early mornings, hard work, and practical problem-solving. My father worked in the agriculture industry, and from an early age I traveled the country with him and my family—learning discipline, respect for the craft, and what it takes to keep operations moving regardless of the weather or the miles. When my family transitioned into construction during my teenage years, I naturally stepped into coordinating tasks, managing small job sites, and supporting crews behind the scenes. Those experiences developed my ability to lead under pressure, communicate clearly, and maintain safe, efficient workflows.

In my late teens and early twenties, I joined a national pizza chain. What started as a job quickly became a hands-on education in sales, service, and frontline leadership. I learned to set targets, coach teams, and grow revenue while keeping customers at the center. That experience led to roles in retail and supply chain, where I honed inventory accuracy, shrink control, and people management across changing demand patterns and seasonal swings.

By my late twenties, I moved into warehouse operations—building teams, standardizing processes, and aligning labor plans with strategic growth. In my early thirties I advanced into multi-site logistics and transportation, where I drove cost savings, safety performance, and service reliability at scale. I’m proud of delivering more than $6 million in savings through route optimization, yard flow improvements, and automation. I leverage Excel/VBA, JavaScript, and data visualization to make decisions faster and remove friction from daily work. My leadership style is team-first, data-driven, and relentlessly focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
